Configuration Of BSNL VMC(AN1020-21) Type-1 Modem

Open any browser and on address bar type 192.168.1.1 and press enter here you will see a new window which demands User Name & Password Type User Name as admin & Password as password

 Now click on configuration then internet connection as marked in the following figure

Now delete any internet connection and after deletion press Add button as marked in the following figure

Now type PVC name as you desire enter your VPI and VCI provided by your ISP ( In case of BSNL vpi 0 and vci 35) and press NEXT button as marked

Now select ppp over ethernet as marked and press NEXT button

Now type service name as you desire then type your user name and password provided by your ISP and select Always ON then press NEXT button as marked

Now select marked items and press NEXT button

Now press APPLY button then click on REBOOT button provided just below ADMIN button as marked and press REBOOT after few seconds close the browser

After two minutes GREEN internet light will glow on your modem and surf the websites
